Insurance & Third Party Reimbursement
Most insurance companies offer reimbursement for psychological and neuropsychological services, depending on your benefits, whether we are in-network, and deductible.
Educational and academic services are not billable for insurance reimbursement.
Currently, our speech language therapist is not in network with insurance companies. We can provide you with a superbill if you are seeking reimbursement directly through your insurance company.

If we are not in network and you have Out-Of-Network benefits (e.g. Tufts, Point32, Wellpoint, Tricare, Cigna and others):
If we are not in network with your insurance provider you will be responsible for the full cost of the evaluation and/or consultation appointment(s) at the time of service. After the appointment we will provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company directly for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company with any questions about out of network benefits and requesting reimbursement.
We do NOT accept Medicare.

Important Note: In-network does not mean that all costs will be covered. Individual plans vary greatly from person to person. If you have a commercial plan (not MassHealth/Medicaid), we encourage you to call the number on the back of your card and ask if deductibles, co-insurance, or copays apply for outpatient psychological and neuropsychological testing. Pre-authorization is required for many plans, and some plans will tell you there is a full benefit but have strict authorization limits that do not cover comprehensive testing. If you are uninsured, your plan is not listed here or we do not accept your plan, please call our office prior to filling out paperwork.

Professional Services Fees
Assessment fees range depending on the presenting concern, type(s) of evaluation, and any other professional services necessary. These ranges are provided for a general sense of our rates and will be discussed further at your consultation appointment. Psychotherapy, consultation, out-of-office or school observations, and other professional services fees range depending on the training, credentials, and expertise of the clinician.
Comprehensive Neuropsychological, Speech & Language, and Psychoeducational Evaluation: $5000-$6000
Psychoeducational: $4000-$5000
Psych or Neuropsych only: $2500-$4500
Speech & Language only: $1500 [partial evaluations are prorated accordingly]
Educational Evaluation only: $2000 [partial evaluations are prorated accordingly]
Cognitive & Memory Testing for Older Adults: $4000 [prorated for memory specific batteries]
Cognitive Screener for Older Adults: $750
Kindergarten Readiness: $1200 – $1700
Intelligence Testing, Private School Admissions Testing & Giftedness Testing: $750-1000
Hampshire & Franklin Counties REACH Collaboration Under 3 years old autism evaluations: $1500-$2000
Occupational Therapy Assessment: $1500
Guardianship Assessment: $750-$2000
Non-Testing Assessment Services:
Clinical Diagnostic Assessment: $1000
Emotional Support Animal Assessment: $750
School Observation: $500 (local, additional for longer distances)
Professional Services
Consultation: $250-350/hour
Psychotherapy: $125-$250/hour
Other professional services: $250/hour
Attendance at IEP/504 Plan Meetings: $250/hour
Speech Therapy: $150/hour
Tutoring: $85-200/hr.
We also periodically offer group therapy, therapeutic and psychoeducational workshops, and support groups. Fees vary depending on the service.
